Test Provocation Visit – TPV is an exclusive method of personnel evaluation, developed by the Research Department. Includes visits to the estimated point of sale (companies, institutions) by the specially trained employee due to the legend agreed earlier with the Client and the script for each individual case, including the implementation of "ugly visitor" scenario. The results obtained allow us to assess the psychological stability of the personnel and readiness to react adequately to unusual situations. According to results of the study basic errors are recorded, a program to remedy them is developed, and in case of collecting data about competitors the information collected is used to adjust pricing, product line or service policy of the Client’s company. |
