From 27 of May
to 14 of June 2010, the Bureau has implemented a research project: “Customer’s
satisfaction with services of subsidiaries "Volia" In accordance with
the research about 7 thousand subscribers of “Volia” were interviewed.
Geography of the project-were the cities of Ukraine, where the company is
represented. Cable television service and Internet access are provided by subsidiaries of "Volia."
Respondents - cable TV subscribers and users of services of Internet access.

Survey
Methodology: telephone interviews with the clients of “Volia”. In accordance
with the results of the research, telecommunication services (Internet access
and cable TV) of the attributes of luxury are gradually moving into the
category of essential conditions of existence. It is expected that in the near
future this trend will be developed. The process of gradual
"maturing" of the Internet continues: increasing of the proportion of
subscribers of middle and older groups.
"Telecommunications
satiety" of the inhabitants of large cities, the huge number of
alternative proposals for market participants intensify the necessity to
prepare for them extremely balanced and optimal “price-quality” proposals, taking
into account the policy of the major competitors in each city.
Comparative
analysis of indexes of satisfaction and loyalty of subsidiaries “Volia” in
various cities allowed to objectively assess the success of each of the
regional providers and to plan further action on the development of a regional
network.
