The Marketing Technologies Bureau has conducted a market survey and determined the level of customer satisfaction of Alfa-Bank.
In January 2011, the Marketing Technologies Bureau ohas implemented a comprehensive project aimed at measuring customer satisfaction of Alfa-Bank.
The survey was conducted in nine regions of Ukraine: Kiev, Central, Kharkov, Odessa, Lvov, Crimea, Ivano-Frankivsk, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk.
The survey was carried out by professional interviewers of the Marketing Technologies Bureau, using formal tools (plan interview).
The study revealed a high level of assessment provided by Alfa-Bank services, particularly with respect to parameters "transparency / clarity of tariffs" and "prompt customer service".
