• Group focused interviews (focus groups using the technique EMO-Test) in 4 cities (Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv, Lviv)
Results:
• Was investigated consumer preferences, expectations and behavior towards small household appliances (electric kettle, blender, coffee maker, juicer)
• Was tested possible names for the new brand, identified the preferred direction for the development of a name for a new brand. |
