During the study the Marketing Technologies Bureau has used the Index of Organizational Development (HR-index).
As a result of the research the company “Stan-Komplect” has received a detailed characteristic of the structure of motivation at the executive level. The organizational prerequisites of employee motivation as well as the emotional consequences (degree of satisfaction, loyalty, the degree of stress) were investigated. Also there were studied organizational assets: the degree of development and diversity of cultural, structural, bureaucratic, communication resources of “Stan-Komplect”.
