The survey
was carried out by professional interviewers of the Marketing Technologies
Bureau with use of formalized tools (Plan of the interview).
The survey
was conducted in nine regions of Ukraine:Kiev, Central, Kharkov,Odessa, Lvov,
Crimea, Ivano-Frankivsk, Donetskand Dnipropetrovsk.
The
research revealed a high level of assessment provided by Alfa-Bank services,
particularly with respect to parameters "transparency / clarity of
tariffs" and "prompt customer service". |
