November, 22, was held a workshop entitled "Standards of non-discriminatory advertising on the gender basis in Ukraine." The event was organized by the "Ukrainian Association of Marketing" in partnership with the "Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine."
Topic of sexism in advertising was presented by experienced specialist Nicola Chernogolovko, creative director of the "Marketing Technologies Bureau", who presented the report on sexism in advertising in the automotive market. Topic was of great interest to the participants. The discussion was attended by representatives of leading mass media in Ukraine, which, in turn, are among the key actors in this process.
