SKODA enjoys high credibility among Ukrainian consumers

According to the results of research the level of loyalty to the owners of brand SKODA in 2012 improved the results of previous years and exceeded the average market amounted to 85%. Consumers continue to appreciate SKODA for parameters such as reliability, quality and comfort. Among the criteria received the highest scores of car owners SKODA – “the pleasure of driving", "ease of use", "comfort" and "reliability", "technical specifications", "Security". 

Stage in 2012 consisted of a rapid survey of visitors of authorized dealers’ saloons of the company "Eurocar" and the survey of car owners of TM «SKODA» and car brands of competitors. The project was implemented in seven Ukrainian cities: Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lviv, Odessa, Simferopol and Kharkov. 

Assessment of loyalty to the brand of car owners is made in a number of indicators: the willingness to recommend their car to friends and family, re-selection of his car, the likelihood of re-select of car, the next car that comes in the integral indicator of loyalty.
