The Marketing Technologies Bureau has conducted a market survey and determined the level of satisfaction of employees of “Sportmaster”.
From 23 November to 6 December 2010 the Marketing Technologies Bureau analyzed the satisfaction of employees of “Sportmaster” with working conditions.
The purpose of the survey was to map existing linkages, processes and trends related to production and staffing structure of the company “Sportmaster”, as well as exploring the views of staff on management style, culture, communication and morale in the team.
One of the main results of the survey –is a high level of loyalty and motivation to the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals of customer service.
