The
Marketing Technologies Bureau has completed the second phase of the study "Evaluation
of the effectiveness of the work with women who inject drugs".
In
accordance with a program, research on effectiveness is conducted in three
waves (phases). First, the so-called "installation" phase was
conducted in September-October 2010. The second phase the Marketing
Technologies Bureau has successfully completed in January 2011. Third – is
planned in summer 2011.
The second
wave is an intermediate step in evaluating effectiveness.
Comparing
the results of the first and second waves - in September 2010 and January 2011
- provides enough material for reflection. In general, by the key indicators there
has been seen positive background of perception of the program, there are the
expectations of significant improvements in the organization, attracting new
customers.
It is exhibited
a high efficiency and dynamics of the development of project.
