In 2011, 14 000 new Skoda owners have confirmed its attractiveness with their choice. They expressed the sympathy for the undeniably attractive features of brand: quality, design, reliability ... The Marketing Technologies Bureau offered to show reciprocity to Skoda fans, having developed the original idea of "individual" gifts for New Year holidays - programm of loyalty. The loyalty program was aimed at existing and potential customers.
Announcing of the action was carried out by means of radio spots and print media layouts. Registration in the program was done by sending an SMS with the number of bodies in order to confirm the year of the car purchase. As a result of the draw winner received a certificate of "SKODA styling", which enabled him to make the Skoda tuning at the amount of 2012 USD.
