The Research Department of the Bureau carries out detailed characteristics of the company's motivation structure that includes goals, design work, feedback to the performers, incentive systems and training, satisfaction, loyalty and enthusiasm of the staff. The situation is analyzed from different perspectives: by top management and decision-makers regarding the motivational policy on the one hand and by ordinary people on the other. According to the data obtained, the Bureau makes evaluation of the situation and produces recommendations for improvement and refinement of motivational activities. |
