Telephone survey is one of the most rapid and inexpensive methods of questionnaires, that allows you to know the opinions of different groups almost on any issues. We recommend conducting telephone interview in case it is necessary to obtain information on specific issues, because the duration of respondents attention by means of telephone contact is lesser than during the interview «face-to-face». Another limitation of the method is that conducting representative telephone interview is possible only in localities with high teledensity.
